Preceded by this, with fruit salad and roasted potatoes.  Cake recipe HERE, frosting HERE- however I substituted soy milk for whipping cream- still tasted great!

p.s. my secret to moist cakes?  I got it from Bakerella- after you cool the cake in the pan for 10 min, pop it out and wrap it completly in plastic wrap and let it finish cooling.  Don’t take unwrap it until you are ready to frost.  That Bakerella is a genuis, this works EVERY time!
