self photography
i decided that we needed an impromptu family photo before church (because who doesn’t have oodles of time before church?!). Since my favorite photographer wasn’t around, my camera on the bookshelf with the self timer set was the next best thing. They would only pose for 3 shots before they all walked away- the son in tears having tripped when I stepped on his untied shoe lace racing back for the shot (this was the first shot).
sigh. at least we were documented in our finery, Aaron’s tie was our gift to him for his birthday this past friday.

Ha, ha, ha! I’ve done this before, too. Where I absolutely must have a posed photo at some inconvienient time and nobody cooperates with me and then I’m left in a bad mood. Glad to know I’m not the only one!

I really need to take more family pics – my kids are all teenagers and it is rare occasions that we are all together (and presentable) at the same time.
