Overheard Today
(my husband doesn’t like it when I post pics of him online….)
Overheard at my house Sunday afternoon….
“Mom, you’re stupid” (followed by a trip to time out)
“Mom can I go to the bathroom?” (while the home teachers were over- only the child didn’t go to the bathroom, he went to play in his room).
But, the BEST thing I heard all day was;
“Want me to take her so you can rest?”
I LOVE my husband, he is my best, BEST friend.

I love those old Fisher Price toys. I had that house back in the day and loved it.
And those are some very lovely words to hear indeed. What a good guy!

A lot of days are like that here, well the children ones. I would love if I heard the ones from husband every day.

Heather! It’s taken me over a month, but I wanted to thank you for the gorgeous pillow and bib from your etsy shop! One of my favorite purchases ever. My husband and I moved to Lawrence about 2 years ago and LOVE it. Did you ever attend the University Ward?
My husband is a PhD student (at KU) so we’ll be there until they kick us out! (or whenever we have kids).
