Over the Desert and Through the Hills
…to grandmothers house we go!
We’re bringing birthday wishes and gifts to Grandma today. Grandma really likes Carrot Cake, so we decided to bring her some (shhh! don’t tell her it’s coming, it’s a surprise!). Grandma also watches her calories so I had to create a healthier version of this recipe. This is what I came up with (and Karin, drool all you want I’m going to bring you a slice!).
