I have a love affair with California. I will never tire of vacationing here. ever.
it is so beautiful, so big and there is so much to see– be it the land, the architecture or the people. i even brought a Steinbeck novel (tortilla flats) with me to read.
secretly, i think my husband has a thing with the ocean too…. after visiting the sacramento area this past june, I really want to go up north again, it’s been too long since i’ve been to monterey and carmel. also, i’ve never been to redwood natl park (or is it a forest?). maybe after the baby comes….

Hi Heather! First of all I wanted to tell you how excited I am for you!!! (secret, third babies are the best!) And california has plenty of room for you whenever you decide to make it full-time. I never tire of the beach either…

Monterey Bay is one of the most beautiful places to visit in California! You must go at some point. Yosemite is another must see. You can visit the redwoods from either of these places! I love living in CA. I dont know if I could live anywhere else.
