oatmeal Banana Bread
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 egg
3 over ripe bananas
3/4 cups sugar
1/4 cup canola oil
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1/4 cup organic unsweetened applesauce
Combine all ingredients and pour into a 9x5x3 loaf pan. Sprinkle with oats and bake at 350 for one hour. enjoy!

yum! I make banana bread a lot with all our bananas that start to go bad…this would jazz it up a bit….y the way I love the adorable place-setting placemats! so cute!
