New Furniture
After 11 years, 2 kids, 4 apartments and 1 house we finally bought a dresser.
We’ve always had large closets for storing our clothes, but we both decided it was time we bought a dresser. We found this one at a thrift store and I loved it.
I have no idea if it is infact a MCM peice or an 80′s reproduction (how does one tell?). I liked it’s clean lines, solid wood and legs. The mirror is kind of fun too, now the mirror above the bed (on the WALL!) can reflect the light back to the dresser mirror, really helps light up the room!
p.s. it is totally ok to laugh at our ghetto TV. the hubs wants to get a small flat screen with a built-in DVD player.

That’s exactly the type of dresser I’ve been searching for

I really like the dresser. We have a 1970′s 14″ t.v in our bedroom. It has a wood veneer that is not looking to good, but do you think the old thing will die. NO, NEVER!

It is fantastic!!! I love it. . .I’m laughing b/c when we moved into the Cabin we could count just about the same score. . .10 years, 2 kids, 5 houses, and STILL no dresser. I bought something very similar for $100 on Craig’s List. Your new furniture is really a keeping piece. Well done!

We’ve only been married 4 years, so I guess I have a lot longer to wait for a dresser. (sniff!)

I seriously love the dresser. We neglect our bedroom too. It seems to be the place where all the forgotten furniture ends up.
