neopolitan dress

Another repuposed/upcycled outfit for my daughter (made using Simplicity 3511)!  I found this sheet at a local thrift store and just loved it, I paired it with some pink thrifted bias tape and voila! I love this summer sewing thing, next week will be pajamas for my son!  Only 1 more day to enter the contest!

What an adorable little dress - isn’t sewing for little girls fun. My little girl is 24 now but I have such wonderful memories sewing all her dresses until she hit the jeans only stage.

SO CUTE! I bet sheets don’t come big enough to make maternity dresses??

You know I’m DOWN for whatever is UPcycled. I know. . bad play on words. However, you were spot on to use that fabric for this dress. Perfect!

Also, this is a past due comment about your thrifted pyrex. What a fantastic design! The pattern/color reflects the vibe we’ve got going on at the Cabin.

Best! (Did I mention I just bought tickets to spend Christmas in Phoenix?)

Oh I love this dress, especially the fabric. It would make a lovely grown up top or dress too!
