Lemonade
You’re going to want some tart and tangy lemonade when you are done reading this. I’ve been busy sewing for my daughter this week, I’m still working on the twirly skirt to go with the shirt.
Taken this morning in the back door of our room. I love our french doors (they helped sell me on the house, them and the hardwood floors), but thanks to them we sleep with the loudest cricket on the planet. He has some how managed to sneak into the door frame of the doors and rubs his little legs all night long. All we can do it wack the door frame to get him to stop for a few seconds. Anyhoo, just wanted to share that little whine with the internet.
What have you been sewing lately?

What a cute top! The nice thing about getting a bit older is that I would wear a top like that myself and not care!

I hope you post the skirt when it is done. I would definitely wear a shirt like that- it is VERY summery.

Jammie pants for “Jammie” day at school last week. I’ll share pictures soon I promise! I’m looking for a shirt pattern like this one for my girls … my luck they won’t offer this on in a size 8-10. Darling! Can’t wait to see the matching/coordinating twirly skirt! I’ve had that tutorial/pattern bookmarked for over a year… waiting to be used.
