Late Night Crafts
Yesterday was a good day! My husband took the older kids for some hiking and I started accomplishing LOTS of things on my “to-do” list. I also slipped away to Merchant Square where I found a vintage brooch and sewing pattern.
Thanks to some Dr. Pepper I was able to stay up until 1am and finish these little beauties! They are for a local event happening next week at Smeeks.
Now, if only I could have convinced the children that we should have slept in until at least 9am. sigh…perhaps I’ll nap with Babers today!

I stayed up late last night but not productive with crafts. And my big boys got the memo about sleeping in but the little one didn’t but I would rather him get up when he did than what he has been doing- waking up in the middle of the night screaming (teething), being up for about an hour and then sleeping in past 11am or me waking him up to take Adam to school.
Hope you get your nap. Naps are divine. I miss them.
