Those are my peeps, heading into the DQ for some snacks! We even ate outside in the “cool” summer night air! I love this DQ, because of it’s vintage neon sign…downtown mesa is full of great old neon.

You’re right, that DQ seems a lot more interesting than the once sandwiched in the middle of a strip mall near my home.

I love places like that. I am going to go to Glade’s Drive-In in Spanish Fork next week for the great fries and drinks (my Dad used to go there when he was a teenager).

I too love the old vintage neon signs. It makes getting ice cream all the more fun.

I love the second picture – I went through a phase of taking pictures of old signs – I don’t know what it is about them that makes them so cool.
