Flowers
When you watched “The Wizard Of Oz” as a kid, did you too wish you could fall asleep in a field of poppies? I did. Last year when I saw these pictures on Morgan’s blog I knew I had to go; and today I did.
It was beautiful! Big fields filled with blooming Ranunculus, bands of color stretching across the horizon with the ocean in the background (well beyond the outlet mall).

Stunning! Ranunculus is one of my all time favorite flowers. My sis is serving her mission near by, I’ll have to write her and see if she’s close enough for a PDay field trip.

Oh my those are BEAUTIFUL! There is a new fabric collection by Moda called Oz. They have a beautiful Poppy fabric, I bet you’ll love it

Wow! That is beautiful. I wish we lived closer to CA so we could head over there more. I miss the ocean and the beach. Even the drive from AZ to CA, I always liked that drive. Thanks for sharing those pictures…it is still snowing here!

My husband grew up near there, and yet I’d never heard of the flower fields until I recently did a post on ranunculus and a friend told me about them! Gorgeous. I’m a little jealous of you. Ranunculus is my #1 favorite flower, so thanks very much for sharing your pictures. Beautiful.
