Classics & Bunnies
without further ado, I let my son choose the random number, and he said “5″. So Hooray for Raygon- send me your snail mail address and I’ll get the DVD in the mail!!
When I was a little girl my mother made me a family of bunnies. All that now remains is one baby and a Mama.
I decided this weekend that it would be fun to make some bunnies for my kids- so I searched the interwebs for a fun bunny pattern and I didn’t find any that I liked. Then it occurred to me that I could make a pattern from the one my mother made me.
Meet Mr. & Mrs. Bun E. Rabbit
My kids love these and have been carrying them around since Saturday! They were so fun and quick I decided to offer the pattern to anyone wanting to make their own easter bunny this year. That’s right, for $4 you can purchase the bunny pattern, it’s in the shop now! Happy Monday!

I have that original bunny pattern! My mom made me the bunny family too! They were a bunny family in a stuffed carrot. I still have my whole bunny family in their carrot, and I put it out every Easter. I have the photo copies of the pattern. I think it was in Good Housekeeping.

The bunny pattern is from the Scrap Saver’s Stitchery book series by Sandra Lounsbury Foose. I can’t remember which of the books the bunny family is in – she wrote lots. Many of them are listed on Amazon. Our local library system has several of her books – maybe yours does too. The book also has the pattern for the carrot zip-close pouch the bunny family lives in.
