Child Friendly
There is a BBQ place that we like in Gilbert, the BBQ its self is ok, the prices are average and it is a bit of a drive from our house. However, we like it because it is family friendly.
Joe’s is set in the heart of old downtown Gilbert. It looks very much like the old diners of the 50′s with it’s wooden booths and garage door style windows. The back yard seating is picnic tables with iconic bare bulbs strung across the patio. Just off the patio is a large grass yard, surrounded by a white picket fence. While we dine at the picnic tables the children frolic on the grass with other children. The children quickly form friendships while the adults enjoy complete sentences and a decent meal.
If you are in the area, we recommend it.

While I have not been to Joe’s Real BBQ, Joe’s Farm Grill was my favorite place to eat when I lived in Arizona. It’s a must when we go back and visit. It’s also family friendly and it over looks the greenhouses where they grow their veggies. There’s a coffee shop on the side and a farmer’s market on the weekends.

My family usually goes to Joe’s Farm Grill and Joe’s BBQ on a pretty regular basis. It agree with the family friendly atmosphere. It always feels like nothing wrong could happen at Joe’s.
Best part which has made both Joe’s restaurants a family tradition; free birthday lunch at Joe’s BBQ and $10 off meal at Farm Grill. Check it out next time.
Joe’s Farm Grill has a pretty good breakfast too.
